ShanghaiHatressManufacturingCenter locate Jinqiao Export Manufacture Zone, Pudong, Shanghai.We have outstanding technical person and front-line operator with rich experience, workshop area 5000 sq.m. The factory now has about 300 employees,including 30 manager,12 engineer,30 QC,200 worker.
Our factory now have 3 pieces Panasonic high speed SMT process.1 piece wave soldering  assembly of lead free.2 pieces plug-in, the entire repair welding ,assembly production line.3 pieces GSM、CDMA mobile phone testing assembly production line, 40 pieces GSM、CDMA mobile phone special testing apparatus(agilent 8960). Our factory according

1. Consumer electronic design,including GSM、CDMAmobile phone terminal communicate equipment solution.

2. Supply all kinds of advanced communicate terminal product,digital message product and others consumer electronic.

3. Carry on testing and process of GSM,CDMA mobile phone,wireless network card.

4 .Carry onprocess of SMT ,plug-in,PCB assembly jointing,and all kinds of hard jointing ofencapsulation.

5 .Draw a design of GSM and CDMA mobile phone,try produce before large quantity,full mainboard jointing of all kinds     of consumer electronic.

6. PCB layout,purchase electronic, PCBA program fill in,aging,function testing.

7. Carry on electronics product box build, high-low temperature aging,testing.
